At Reborn, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

Place a new order and return your original item (if eligible).

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
